Sea-web New Features

SHIPS SEARCH

• A new search field 'With Photo' to select ships with photographs has been added
• Enhancement to the ownership company name and nationality search which now includes the option to select 'technical manager'
• A new search field for 'Standard Design' has been added
• Enhancements to the shipbuilder search to enable searching on 'Primary Shipbuilder' or 'Shipbuilder (inc. Subcontractors)'
• A new search field for 'Gearless' has been added
• A new search field for 'Ice Capability' has been added
• The 'Engine Design' search field is now multipick
• Technical Manager and Technical Manager Location added to the Fields to Display options list

SHIPS OVERVIEW

• Technical Manager name and location are now located within the Ownership data group (previous Technical Manager data group removed)
• Class I.D., where available, has been included in the Class data group
• Laid up notes added to the 'Surveys Due' data group
• Under Construction a new data group called 'Arrangement' has been added which lists compartment/tanks and hatches in sequence order bow to stern
• The fleet list under the 'Sister Ships' data group includes the yard number and main engine design type
• The PSC/Casualty group has been renamed Classified and includes a new data group called Crew List which provides a breakdown of ratings and officers by nationality
• The Live AIS Position and Movements data groups are now located in the Movements folder and a new data group called 'Trading Areas' added which lists the trading areas the vessel has operated in over the last 12 months - Details of trading areas can be found in the help system

COMPANIES SEARCH

• A new search field 'Personnel Surname' has been added

COMPANY OVERVIEW

• The folder Fleet Analysis has been renamed Fleet Lists
• The Casualty Data folder, DOC Certificates and Credit Reports data groups have been moved and now appears below Fleet Lists
• A new folder called Fleet Classified has been added which includes the existing 'Group Structure' data group,as well as new data groups for 'Trading Areas', 'Fleet List', 'PSC Current Fleet' and 'PSC Historical DOC'
  -Group Structure now includes details of links to super groups from parents down to child groups up (for a full explanation of the enhancements please see the help system)
  -Trading Areas provides details of areas where the combined fleet has traded in the last 12 months
  -Fleet List provides an overview if the combined fleet classified information and trading areas in the last 36 months
  -PSC Current Fleet provides an analysis of the number of inspections and detentions the company has been linked to at DOC level over the past ten years
  -PSC Historical DOC provides an analysis of the number of inspections and detentions the company has been linked to at any level over the past ten years

BUILDER OVERVIEW

• The date of build and owner (group beneficial owner else registered owner) fields have been added to the fleet list under the 'Built Fleet' and 'Orderbook' data groups

CASUALTY SEARCH

• A new search field 'Class' has been added
• LR/IMO Ship No. search field allows for multiple number searches to be undertaken (enter as follows XXXXXXX,XXXXXXX)

MOVEMENT SEARCH

• The Port of Call search field now searches across anchorages as well as ports. In addition to this sub-ports are also included in the results when searching for arrivals and departures
